Our Hawaiian, Fairway Villas owner rental vacation condo in this two-year old resort complex is surrounded by the lush greens and fairways of the world class Beach Course of Waikoloa. It’s just 20-minutes north of the Kona International Airport, and located across the lake from the Kings’ Shops and beautiful crescent-shaped white sand beach of Anaeho’omalu Bay (or "A" Bay as it's commonly known).

As a guest of our Big Island condo, in this private, gated community, you will enjoy the use of our infinity edge pool with elevated rock spa overlooking the 9th hole and Kings’ Lake, fitness center, and poolside picnic and dining area with gas barbecues.
